Saint-Gervais ( Occitan : Sent Gervasi ) is a French municipality with 1878 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Gironde department in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Blaye and the canton of Le Nord-Gironde (until 2015: canton of Saint-André-de-Cubzac ). The inhabitants are called Gervaisiens .

Saint-Gervais is located about 22 kilometers north-northeast of Bordeaux on the Dordogne estuary . Saint-Gervais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Laurent-d'Arce in the north, Virsac in the east and northeast, Saint-André-de-Cubzac in the south and southeast, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul in the south and southwest, and Prignac- et-Marcamps to the west.
