The 2nd Commandment is the second studio album by the German rock band Unheilig . The original album contains 12 songs, the limited edition 16. The instrumentation and lyrics are all from the singer of the band, the Count, it was produced by the Count and Jose Alvarez-Brill . The album was first released on April 7, 2003 in Germany; in Austria and Switzerland, the album has only been available since its re-release on July 3, 2009. On the cover, which was designed by John Klijnen in a very dark way, a grave can be seen in the shape of a cross. The album was released under the label Four.Rock. The album contains a mixture of electronic music and rock.
