Das Pack is a German heavy metal band from Hamburg . It was founded in 2008 by Peer Jensen alias "Pensen Paletti" and Florian Eilers alias "Flozze". The names come from their respective youth.
history
On January 15, 2010, the duo's debut album called Das Pack was released on Redfield Records . This was followed by her first own tour through Germany.
Two years later, on January 20, 2012, the second album followed with power but what you want , which is distributed by the independent label Nothing to Lose . Several festival appearances and a concert tour followed.
Following the tour in December 2012, “Flozze” split from “Pensen” in order to be able to start something new. At the same time "Pensen" affirmed that the exit of "Flozze" was not the end of the band.
Since 2013 “Flozze” has been replaced by Tim “Timmey” Pascharat, a long-time friend of the band. He was able to play the guitar before, but had to learn drums for Das Pack in order to be able to replace "Flozze". He only had six weeks to practice before going on tour.
Her third album Copenhagen was released on August 15, 2014.
On September 3rd, 2015 the band confirmed the entry of the bassist "Herr Schmidt".
The pack was among other things at Wutzrock , 2010 at Summer Breeze Open Air , 2011 at the Einbecker Eulenfest , 2012 at the Ringrocker Warm Up Party and at the Serengeti Festival , 2013 at the Ruhrpott Rodeo , at Rocken-am-Brocken - and the Eier -mit-Speck -Festival, 2014 at the Soundgarden Festival , 2016 at the Reload Festival and in 2018 at the Wacken Open Air and the Hafen-Rock Festival. In 2016 the band toured ten cities across Germany together with Rogers , Stereogold and Rivers Become Oceans.
Pensen is among other things a member of the band Monsters of Liedermaching .
