David Zucker (born October 11, 1987 in Czechoslovakia ) is a German - Czech ice hockey player who has been under contract with EV Ravensburg from the DEL2 since 2017 .

Career

David Zucker began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of HC Energie Karlovy Vary , for whose professional team he made his debut in the extra league in the 2006/07 season . Previously, he had already played four games on loan for HK Baník Sokolov in the third-class 2nd division in the senior division in the 2004/05 season . With Karlovy Vary, the left-handed shooter became Czech champions for the first time in the 2008/09 season and was able to retaliate with his team at HC Slavia Prague for the previous year's defeat in the playoff final. From 2007 to 2009, Zucker was also on the ice for the second division HC Havířov Panthers and HC Most . After the 2013/14 season he left HC Karlovy Vary and played the following season with HC Havlickuv Brod in the second Czech division and in Slovakia with MHC Martin.

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the Fischtown Pinguins in Germany. After a year in the DEL2 , the club made it into the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) and Zucker, who scored 20 goals in 57 games for Bremerhaven in the 2015/16 season, was there. In the 2016/17 season, including the championship round, he played 34 DEL games for Bremerhaven and made six assists, but remained goalless.

For the 2017/18 season, Zucker moved to the German second division club EV Ravensburg .
