Detlef Bruckhoff (born April 8, 1958 in Berlin ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Detlef Bruckhoff played with Tennis Borussia Berlin in the Bundesliga . His debut game in Germany's top division was won 4-2 in front of a home crowd against Fortuna Düsseldorf in the 1976/77 season . Bruckhoff was substituted on by coach Rudi Gutendorf in the 63rd minute of the game. In the further course of the season he was used in four other games. Berlin finished 17th and was relegated together with the teams from Karlsruher SC and Rot-Weiss Essen . In the 1977/78 season that followed, he took 10th place in the 2nd Bundesliga , and Bruckhoff played 13 games in the northern relay. He changed employers and played alongside Erich Schmitt at Würzburger FV for the next two years . After his time in Würzburg, where Bruckhoff was a regular, he went to SV Darmstadt 98 . With Darmstadt he was, in the last year for the time being, the double-track 2nd Bundesliga, the 1980/81 season under coach Werner Olk and teammates such as Frank Berlepp , Dieter Rudolf , Uwe Beginski , Andreas Karow , Günter Menges , Willi Wagner , Edwin Westenberger , Roland Best , Rudolf Collet , Uwe Hahn , Glenn Jordens , Oliver Posniak , Günther Reinhardt , Willibald Weiss , Willi Bernecker , Peter Cestonaro , Rainer Korlatzki , top scorer Horst Neumann and Dieter Pötschke champions and rose to the Bundesliga. In the following Bundesliga year, Bruckhoff played eleven times before he moved on. Bruckhoff went to Austria, where he played for SC Neusiedl am See and SC Eisenstadt for the next three years . He returned to Germany and played for TSV 1860 Munich in the league for three years. His career ended in Switzerland, where Bruckhoff played for FC Martigny-Sports and FC Baden .
