German racing championship 1974
The German Racing Championship 1974 was the third season of the German Racing Championship (DRM).

There were eight races in the 1st and 2nd division. The first race took place on April 28th at the Nürburgring and the last race of the season took place at the Hockenheimring on September 29th.
Two races from other international championships were also rated in the DRM. The participating drivers also received points in the DRM rating. The 1000 km race on the Nürburgring 1974 of the sports car world championship was the first additional race. The second race was the Touring Car Grand Prix of the European Touring Car Championship .
Dieter Glemser won his second championship title in a row in the Ford Escort RS 1600 with 137 points.
