Dietrich Siegl
Dietrich Siegl (born March 18, 1954 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor .
Life
As the child of the actors Ingrid Burkhard and Hannes Siegl , Dietrich Siegl grew up in Bonn and Zurich .
After his first stage experience at the Graz cabaret “Die Tellerwäscher” Siegl played at the Landestheater Linz from 1974 to 1980 . This was followed by engagements at the Vienna Theater der Courage, the Theater Bonn , the Freie Volksbühne Berlin , the Theater in der Josefstadt , the Vienna Volkstheater , the Salzburg Festival and the Vienna Burgtheater .
He became known to a wide audience from 1985 when he embodied the character of tennis teacher Stefan Nossek in the ARD series Lindenstrasse in the first three years of production. In 1985 he starred in the television film Erdsegen , directed by Karin Brandauer . In the 1980s and 1990s he published records and gave concerts (including 1981 in the Brucknerhaus in Linz with the anarcho-Dadaist band "tsiegen-foot-music"), and from 2004 onwards, he performed some musical solo programs.
From 2005 to 2018 Siegl played Colonel Otto Dirnberger in the crime series SOKO Donau .
Dietrich Siegl has a daughter. He lives in Vienna and Lower Austria .
