Dietrich Sperling

Dietrich Sperling (born March 1, 1933 in Sagan / Silesia ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 1978 to 1982 he was Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Minister for Regional Planning, Building and Urban Development .

education and profession

After graduating from high school , Sperling studied law , economics and sociology in Göttingen and Berlin , which he completed in 1959 with the first state examination in law. Then he worked as a tutor at a Frankfurt student house until 1962 . In 1963 he switched to the DGB Federal Youth School in Oberursel as an educational assistant . From 1964 he was a lecturer at the Falkenstein home adult education center of the Adolf Reichwein Foundation . From 1965 to 1977 he was the head of this facility. In 1965 he received his doctorate as Dr. jur. at the University of Göttingen with the work of economic councils in the European constitutional system .
