Baqên ( Tibetan : སྦྲ་ ཆེན་ རྫོང་ , transcription after Wylie : sbra chen rdzong , also: "dragon") is a district of the Nagqu administrative district in the northeast of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China on the border with Qinghai Province , 573 km from Lhasa away.
