The Dutch Darts Masters is a tournament on the European Tour in darts, which is carried out as part of the Pro Tour . It has been organized annually by the Professional Darts Corporation since 2012 . The venue has been the Evenementenhal in Venray since 2015 .
In the past, the Van der Valk Hotel in Nuland (in 2012) and the Koningshof Hotel in Veldhoven (in 2013 and 2014) hosted the tournament.
The current title holder is the Englishman Ian White , who won the final against Michael van Gerwen 8: 7 in 2019 .
format
The tournament will be played in a knockout system . Game mode has been best of 11 legs in the first three since 2018 , best of 13 legs in the semi-finals and best of 15 legs in the final . Each leg is played in double-out mode.
Prize money
The tournament saw a total of £ 140,000 in prize money in 2019. The prize money was distributed among the participants as follows:
