Federal Crossbowmen Association

Federal Crossbowmen Association (EASV for short) (French: Association Fédérale de tir à l'arbalète) is the umbrella association of crossbowmen for popular and competitive sports in Switzerland , it was founded on July 17, 1898.

The association is primarily responsible for the implementation of national competitions of the Swiss championships, group championships, team championships and the training of shooters. EASV is a member of the International Crossbowmen Union (IAU).

The EASV is organized in six sub-associations that organize competitions in their catchment area. Around 120 sections (associations) are affiliated to the various sub-associations. The association has a membership of around 2000 active crossbowmen.

The official organ of the association appears under the name "Sportblatt". EASV association president is Gaby Nägeli.
