The 2015/16 Eredivisie was the sixth season of the Dutch Women's Eredivisie and the first season after the BeNe League (football) ended . The season began on August 21, 2015 and ended on May 20, 2016. FC Twente Enschede became champions for the second time . There was no relegation.

The champions were the women of FC Twente Enschede ahead of the Ajax women with the same points and the worse goal difference. Twente qualified for the 2016/17 UEFA Women's Champions League , where the team were eliminated in the round of 16 after two defeats (1-0 and 4-0) against the women of FC Barcelona .
