The 2018/19 Eredivisie was the ninth season of the Dutch women's eredivisie . The champions were FC Twente Enschede . The team that started as SC Telstar in the 2017/18 season now started as VV Alkmaar . The Excelsior / Barendrecht team was also added . There was no relegated team, but on April 18, 2019 it was announced that Achilles '29 would withdraw his women's team after the season for financial reasons.

Nine teams took part in the season. She ran over two laps. In the first round, each team had a home and an away game against the other teams. After the 16 games, which the women of PSV Eindhoven finished by four points in first place, the five best teams each played twice against the four other teams for the championship title. Twente was able to prevail here. The four worst teams played for places 6 to 9.
