Once upon a time ... America ( French Il était une fois ... les Amériques ) is a French animated series that was created in 1991 and is one of a series of series entitled Once Upon a Time .
Production and publication
The series was produced by the French studio Procidis under the direction of Albert Barillé . The music was composed by Michel Legrand. The broadcasts happened as follows:

Episode list
The series tells the story of the colonization of America , from the arrival of the first indigenous people across the Bering Strait to the present day. For the first time, a framework is introduced here that is also used in the subsequent series in the series. The bearded maestro tells the respective stories as a grandfather in an armchair to a group of children.
