Eselsmühle is a district of the Uehlfeld market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Central Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Weisach , a left tributary of the Aisch , and on the Krähengraben, which flows into the Weisach as a right tributary. In the southeast is the Kessel forest, in the east the Steinlohe forest. The district road NEA 1 leads to Tragelhöchstädt (1.8 km east) or Schornweisach (0.7 km west).

history

As part of the community edict, Eselsmühle was assigned to the Schornweisach tax district formed in 1811 ; from 1813 it belonged to the rural community of Schornweisach. On January 1, 1978 Eselsmühle was incorporated into Uehlfeld as part of the regional reform .
