Hohenmühle is a district of the market Uehlfeld in the Middle Franconian district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim .

geography

The wasteland is about a kilometer west of Schornweisach an der Weisach , a left tributary of the Aisch , which feeds two ponds immediately east of the village. In the northwest lies the Schnabel forest area, and the Dachsbau forest area in the southwest. The district road NEA 1 leads to Altershausen (2.8 km west) or Schornweisach (1 km south-east).

history

In 1732 the mill was rebuilt by Christoph Erlinger.

Towards the end of the 18th century there was 1 property in Hohenmühle. The high court was exercised by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth municipal bailiff in Neustadt an der Aisch , but this was also claimed by the Castell'schen Cent Burghaslach. The village and township government and the manorial system had the office Burghaslach held.

As part of the community edict, Hohenmühle was assigned to the Schornweisach tax district, formed in 1811, and from 1813 it belonged to the Schornweisach rural community . Until 1820 the property was under the jurisdiction of the Count Castell's Burghaslach court . On January 1, 1978 Hohenmühle was incorporated into Uehlfeld as part of the regional reform .
