EuroHockey Club Champions Cup 1980 (men, field)

The seventh official of the European Hockey Federation discharged Euro Hockey Club Champions Cup of the men in hockey was Pentecost in 1980 in the Spanish Barcelona instead. Twelve clubs from eleven countries took part. The game was played at the Real Club de Polo de Barcelona . The European Cup winner was the English Cup winner Slough HC , who prevailed in the final against last year's winner HC Klein Zwitserland . The countries of the eight top-ranked clubs qualified for the EuroHockey Club Champions Cup 1981 . The other nations played a year later in the newly introduced B division.
