The 2014 European elections in Romania took place on May 25, 2014 as part of the 2014 EU- wide European elections . In Romania, 32 of the 751 members of the European Parliament were elected, one less than in the last election in 2009 .

There is a 5% threshold . The active right to vote , all EU citizens over 18 years, the passive suffrage from 23 years.
