The Fédération de Football de la République Islamique de Mauritanie (FFRIM) (Arabic: اتحاد الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية لكرة القدم) is the Mauritanian football association . The association was founded in 1961 and became a member of FIFA in 1970 . He became a member of the CAF in 1968. The national football leagues (including Ligue 1 ) and the national team are organized by it.
