This article deals with the Mexican national soccer team at the Confederations Cup 2001 (officially FIFA Confederations Cup 2001 ™, also known as Confederations Cup), which was held in Japan and South Korea - as a sporting and organizational dress rehearsal for the World Cup finals there one year later .
