Ferdinand Hauptmann (historian)
Ferdinand Hauptmann (born May 11, 1919 in Fürstenfeld , † October 26, 1987 in Graz ) was an Austrian historian .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in 1944 Austria-Hungary's campaign for Serbia from 1879 to 1881 in Graz, he taught there from 1969 to 1986 as a university professor . From 1971 to 1987 he was a member of the State Historical Commission for Styria .
