Grete Walter-Klingenstein

Grete Walter-Klingenstein (born December 19, 1939 in Hartberg ) is an Austrian historian.

Life

From 1957 to 1964 she studied at the University of Vienna : History, English studies, translation studies - Dr. phil., Academic Translator, 1959/1960 at the University of Oregon : History, Political Sciences, American Studies - BA and 1962/1963 at the Collège d'Europe : Political Sciences, History. After her habilitation in 1972/1973 for modern history in Vienna , she has been a full professor at the Institute for History at the University of Graz since 1976 .
