The telecommunications tower Solling is a 159 meter high telecommunications tower of the German radio tower , which was built in 1962 west of Espol in Solling , Lower Saxony ( Germany ). The Solling telecommunications tower is a type D tower and the oldest of only five towers in this class. The class is characterized by the fact that there is no operating pulpit, but rather several platforms distributed over the tower. The lowest platform of the tower is at a height of 25 meters. There are four large antenna platforms at heights of 43.8, 70.6 and 81.2 meters . The tower, the concrete shaft of which is 110 meters high, has two additional platforms, 98.3 and 110 meters high.

The tower is used to broadcast directional radio and television programs. Until the beginning of the 1990s, the radio program "Radio ffn" was broadcast on 102.8 MHz from here, which was then relocated to the Göttingen-Osterberg location . Since May 29, 2006 television programs in the DVB-T standard have been broadcast from this tower . On November 8, 2017, the switch to DVB-T2 with HEVC image coding took place.

The following DVB-T2 bouquets are broadcast:
