The Jujuy Airport (officially Aeropuerto Internacional Goberndor Horacio Guzmán) is an Argentine airport near the town of San Salvador de Jujuy in the province of Jujuy . The airport, which has been in use since 1967, was used until the 1980s as a place for stopovers and refueling stops for Aerolineas Argentinas in the direction of North America, such as Miami and Panama . It is currently operated by Aeropuertos Argentinas 2000 and is primarily used for flights to Buenos Aires .
