Francis Capra
Francis Capra (born April 27, 1983 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor .
Life
Francis Capra was born on April 27, 1983 in New York, the son of Italian immigrants . He grew up in the Bronx . During his childhood, his father spent most of his time in prison before he was shot dead in 2003. He was discovered in 1993 by Robert De Niro and Chazz Palminteri while auditioning for the film In the Streets of the Bronx . Capra currently resides in Los Angeles , California with his mother Ann Marie and siblings . He has an older sister named Chanel Capra (born June 25, 1978).
After several guest appearances in various television series, Capra first had a recurring guest role as Palladino in American Dreams in 2003 . From 2004 to 2007 he then played as Eli "Weevil" Navarro a leading role in the television series Veronica Mars . In 2008 he had a recurring role as Jesse Murphy in Heroes .
