Quote

«There is a sermon in the Bible that at no point contradicts mature reason: the Sermon on the Mount ! If, in the spirit of Constantin von Monakow and Pierre Janet , the doctor thinks through to the end of the commitment to preservation of life, it is imperative that he arrives at an ideal of life such as Jesus gave us. If the soul-savvy researches the sources of the most lasting happiness with the methods of CG Jung , Oskar Pfister and Carlo Sganzini , he will find them in the Beatitudes. And if the thinker asks about the essence of God in accordance with the radical epistemological criticism of Robert Roetschi or Fritz Medicus , he will be gripped by the truth: Blessed are the pure of heart, for they will see God!
