Froschmühle is a district of the municipality of Buch am Wald in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Froschbächlein, which merges with the Traisdorf Bach to the Hagenbach, a right tributary of the Altmühl . Approx. The Deutschholz is 0.5 km to the east and the Roßholz approx. 0.5 km to the northwest.

A local road leads to a community road (0.2 km northwest), which leads to Schönbronn on state road 2249 (0.7 km west) or to another community road (0.7 km east) that leads to Morlitzhaben (0.6 km north) or the St 2249 crosses to the district road AN 5 near Gastenfelden (1.2 km south).

history

In the 16-point report of the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Colmberg from 1681, the frog mill had the Hohenlohe office of Schillingsfürst as landlord . The High Court exercised the Vogtamt Colmberg . In 1710 the high court was handed over to Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst by contract.

As part of the municipality Edict (early 19th century.) Froschmuehle was the control district and Rural community guest Felden assigned. In the course of the regional reform , this was incorporated into Buch am Wald on January 1, 1974.
