Ebershauser-Nattenhauser Wald area free of parish
The Ebershauser-Nattenhauser Forest is a 2.10 km² community-free area in the Swabian district of Günzburg .
The community-free area Ebershauser-Nattenhauser Wald is located on the Riedel plateau between the valleys of the Krumbach and Gutnach and Haselbach . The area consists of several sub-areas that almost completely enclose the village of Waltenberg , which belongs to the municipality of Ebershausen . In the north, the community-free area borders on the municipality of Breitenthal , in the east on the city of Krumbach (Swabia) , in the south on the municipality of Waltenhausen and in the west on the municipality of Ebershausen. Part of the area belongs to the water protection area around the drinking water extraction point Krebsbachbrunnen II , which is part of the Krumbach water supply.
