Gerd Rubenbauer

Gerd Rubenbauer (born May 20, 1948 in Munich - Nymphenburg ) is a German sports reporter and television presenter . Rubenbauer lives in Habach in Upper Bavaria .

Beginnings

After graduating from high school in 1967 at the Klenze Gymnasium in Munich , Rubenbauer studied chemistry and then worked as a graduate chemist at the Technical University of Munich and as an assistant at the German Research Foundation . He then began his career in 1978 as a sports presenter in the radio of the Bavarian Radio and annotated games of the second Bundesliga for the show today at the stadium .

Career as a sports reporter

In 1980 Rubenbauer switched to television .
