Granadilla de Abona is a municipality in the south of Tenerife . It is connected to the island's capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife via the TF-1 southern motorway and the old road from Santa Cruz de Tenerife to Adeje . Neighboring communities are La Orotava in the north, Arico in the east, San Miguel de Abona in the southwest and Vilaflor in the west.
