Regional Handball League (women) 2007/08
The women's regional handball league started with five seasons in the 2007/08 season: South, Southwest, West, North and Northeast.
At the end of the season, the following teams were promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga :
- VfL Sindelfingen from the Regionalliga Süd,
- SG 09 Kirchhof from the Regionalliga Südwest,
- HSG Stemmer / Friedewalde from the Regionalliga West,
- SG Handball Rosengarten from the Regionalliga Nord and
- Rostocker HC from the Regionalliga Nordost.
