The Cargotec Oyj is a Finnish company based in Helsinki , the equipment for shipment of freight to transport by sea and manufactures on the road.

The company was originally a division of Kone until Cargotec spun off in June 2005. Cargotec employs around 12,600 people in over 140 countries worldwide. In 2019, Cargotec's sales amounted to around 3.7 billion euros. Cargotec's B shares are traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. In 2013, the Uetersen shipbuilding supplier Hatlapa was taken over.

MacGregor : The product range includes covers for ship loading hatches, cranes, equipment for RoRo ships and ports as well as equipment for load securing, bulk goods loading for ships and terminals, offshore and maritime logistics
Kalmar : The brand represents industrial trucks as terminal tractors , reachstackers , straddle carriers , forklifts for full and empty container handling, Logstacker and semi- and fully automatic cranes ago. Kalmar was created in 1973 through the merger of several manufacturers.
Hiab : The product range Hiab truck-mounted cranes, Jonsered and Loglift forestry and recycling cranes, Moffett, Multilift demountables and include tailgates of brands DEL, Waltco and Zepro. The H ydrauliska I ndustri AB in 1944 in Sweden founded.
