This sequel is haunted again. However, it is not just the benevolent spirit of the school founder, Otto Leonhard, who is up to mischief. By chance, the director Hulda Stechbarth, who died a long time ago, comes to life again and she detests Leonhard's liberal, student-friendly learning concept.

Things are going well for Felix Vorndran at Otto-Leonhard-Gymnasium under the direction of director Dr. Schmitt-Gössenwein, he feels very comfortable there with his friends Ella and Mario. His father Peter reveals to him that he would like to move with the family to Dubai because he has a lucrative job offer from there. Felix does not want to accept that, he wishes that his parents should also be forced to listen to him one day.

Hulda Stechbarth's ghost drove into the school building and caused massive damage. Schmitt-Gössenwein is shrunk after an argument between the ghosts Hulda and Otto, as is Felix's parents, who were invited by the headmistress to inspect the damaged school building. Hulda Stechbarth takes Schmitti prisoner. The shrunken parents have to fight their way home in an adventurous way. In the middle of the night they suddenly stand next to Felix's bed, looking for help and completely exhausted. Felix has to take responsibility and take care of his parents. reception

“It's funniest this time too when the differences in size are played out with carefree slapstick and the hierarchies are turned upside down. When the dwarfed parents also mentally regress into crappy children, when dad has a pissing mishap and mum stumbles headlong into her face cream, the children's audience is audibly amused. When improvising miniature objects, such as sneakers as beds and toothbrush cups as bathtubs, the loving equipment comes into play. Despite all the bumps, this German Gulliver variant offers acceptable family entertainment. "

“The actor's highlight [...] is the appearance of Andrea Sawatzki as the director risen from the dead: Sawatzki puts on an award-worthy, both terrifying and hilarious performance. One would like to see a little more of Otto Waalkes, however, who is allowed to appear here as a speaking bust or as an oil painting. In any case, the film does not make sufficient use of the comedic potential of the stupid legend. "
