Horst Kotterba
Horst Kotterba (born February 21, 1955 in Bernburg (Saale) ) is a German actor .
Life
Horst Kotterba born in Bernburg (Saxony-Anhalt). Grew up in Leipzig. Vocational training with high school diploma as an agricultural engineer (farmer). Acting training 1974–1978 at the Hans Otto Theater Academy in Leipzig. (76–78 studio member at the Schauspiel Leipzig). From 1978–1988 at the Mecklenburg State Theater in Schwerin. 1988 left the GDR. From 1988–1990 member of the Munich Kammerspiele ensemble. Cooperation with Peter Zadek, Franz-Xaver Kroetz, Dieter Dorn, Hans Lietzau, Daniel Herzog, Anselm Weber, etc. From 1990 Residenztheater Munich, Volkstheater Vienna, Schauspiel Frankfurt, Theater Basel, Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. 2013–2018 under Armin Petras in the ensemble at the Staatstheater Stuttgart. 2018/19 Volksbühne Berlin.
