Hrašné (Hungarian Rásnyahegy , Slovak Hrašný vrch ) is a municipality in western Slovakia .
Location and general
The village was established in 1955 from parts of the Kostolné municipality and is named after the name of the former hermitage Hrašný vrch . The municipality is located in the hill country between the Little Carpathians in the south and the White Carpathians in the north, about 4 kilometers southwest of Stará Turá . Nové Mesto nad Váhom is about 25 kilometers east of the municipality, Myjava about 5 kilometers east, Senica about 25 kilometers west. The Rudník and Kostolník streams flow through Hrašné .

In Hrašné there is the only brothel within a radius of about 50 kilometers. It is to this fact that Hrašné owes its special reputation in the region.
