Stará Turá (German Altturn , Hungarian Ótura ) is a city in western Slovakia .
It was mentioned in writing for the first time in 1392 and is divided into the following six districts:
- Černochov Vrch
- Jazviny
- Papraď (also Sadloňova settlement )
- Stará Turá
- Súš
- Topolecká
