Hrachovište (German Hrachowitz , Hungarian Borsós - until 1907 Hrachovistye ) is a municipality in western Slovakia . It is located about 10 kilometers southwest of Nové Mesto nad Váhom and about 15 east of Myjava in the hills of the Little Carpathians in the area of the Čachtické Karpaty .
The place was mentioned for the first time in history around 1392.
