Modrovka (until 1927 Slovak "Malá Modrovka"; German Kleinmodro , Hungarian Kismodró ) is a municipality in western Slovakia .

Like the neighboring town of Modrová, the place was first mentioned in writing as Madro in 1348 and is located about 17 kilometers southeast of the town of Nové Mesto nad Váhom on the left bank of the Waag .
In the past it belonged to the Tematín Castle for a long time .
