Huang Guifen ( Chinese  黃 瑰 芬 , Pinyin Huáng Guīfēn ; born August 20, 1997 ) is a Chinese sprinter .

Athletic career

For the first time Huang Guifen appeared at the World Youth Championships 2013 in Donetsk . In the 200-meter run she reached the semifinals and with the Chinese sprint relay (1000 meters) she was disqualified in the final. With the Chinese 4 x 400 meter relay she took part in the World Championships in Beijing , but was eliminated there with 3: 34.98 min in the preliminary round . She then won the bronze medal with the 4 x 100 meter relay at the World Military Games in Mungyeon, South Korea, finished fifth with the 4 x 400 meter relay and was eliminated over 400 meters in the first round. The following year, she won the silver medal in the 400-meter run and the 4-by-100-meter relay at the Junior Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City . In 2018 she took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time , where she finished fifth in the 400-meter run with 53.89 s. In addition, she was used with the 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run, which won the silver medal in the final. With the 4 x 400 meter relay she came in fourth place, as well as with the mixed relay. After the victorious Bahraines were disqualified in 2019, the bronze medal was awarded to the Chinese.

In 2019 she took part in the Asian Championships in Doha and was eliminated there with 54.44 s in the first round.

Huang graduated from Central South University in Changsha .
