Tintu Lukka (born April 26, 1989 ) is an Indian middle -distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter distance and is also used in the 4-by-400-meter relay because of her sprinting strength .

At the 2009 Asian Athletics Championships she was sixth.

In 2010 she was fifth at the Athletics Continental Cup in Split , sixth at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi and won bronze at the Asian Games in Guangzhou .

In 2011 she won bronze over 800 m and silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the Asian Championships. At the World Athletics Championships in Daegu she reached the semifinals.

At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, she reached the semifinals.

In 2013, she won bronze over 800 m and gold in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the Asian Championships. At the World Cup in Moscow , she was eliminated with the Indian 4 x 400 meter relay in the preliminary run.

The following year she reached the semi-finals at the Commonwealth Games 2014 in Glasgow over 800 m and was disqualified with the Indian team in the final of the 4 x 400 meter relay. At the Continental Cup in Marrakech , she was eighth in the 800 m, and at the Asian Games in Incheon , she took silver over 800 m and won the Indian 4 x 400 meter relay.

In 2015 she won the Asian Championships over 800 m and took silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay. At the World Championships in Beijing, she was eliminated in the first round over both the 800 m and the 4 x 400 meter relay .
