IC 3205 is an elliptical galaxy from the Hubble type E0 in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is an estimated 667 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3206 , IC 3215 , IC 3217 , IC 3226 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
