IC 3212 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is estimated to be 340 million light years from the Milky Way and about 50,000 light years across.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4295 , IC 3210 , IC 3234 , IC 3237 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
