IC 3269 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type S with an active galaxy core in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is an estimated 1.3 billion light years from the Milky Way and about 190,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3262 , IC 3270 , IC 3278 , IC 3283 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
