IC 3267 is a spiral-shaped dwarf galaxy with extensive star formation from Hubble type Sc in the constellation Virgo to the ecliptic . It is an estimated 52 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 20,000 ly. Under the designation VCC 697 , it is considered a member of the Virgo Galaxy Cluster .
In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4341 , NGC 4342 , NGC 4365 , IC 3259 , PGC 40338 .

The object was discovered by Guillaume Bigourdan on April 23, 1895 .
