IC 3262 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sab in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is an estimated 328 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter. Possibly it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair together with LEDA 4324601 .
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3269 , IC 3270 , IC 3278 , IC 3283 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
