Igor Lewczuk (born May 30, 1985 in Białystok ) is a Polish football player .

career

Lewczuk began his career in his hometown with Hetman Białystok . In 2006 he moved to the third division club Znicz Pruszków . After two years in the 2nd division , he returned to Białystok, where he played for Jagiellonia . In 2010 he won the Polish Football Cup with Jagiellonia . In January 2011 he was loaned to the second division club Piast Gliwice . From there he was, after 13 appearances for season 2011/12 at Ruch Chorzów lent. At the end of the season Lewczuk was firmly committed by Chorzów for the following season. In 2013 , Zawisza Bydgoszcz signed him. With promoted Zawisza, he finished 8th in the Ekstraklasa and won the Polish Football Cup . In the final against Zagłębie Lubin , he converted the decisive penalty from the penalty shoot-out . In 2014 he signed a contract with league rival Legia Warsaw until 2017 . But already in August 2016 he moved to Girondins Bordeaux in Ligue 1 .

National team

In the Polish national team , Lewczuk played in two friendly matches against Norway (3-0) and Moldova (1-0) in 2014 , in which he did not score.
