Jérémie Kamerzin (born February 17, 1988 in Icogne ) is a Swiss ice hockey player who has been under contract with Friborg-Gottéron in the National League since the 2019/20 season .
Career
Kamerzin learned to play ice hockey with the juniors of HC Sierre before moving to the elite juniors of SC Bern in 2004 . In 2005 he won the Elite A championship with the Stadtberner Juniors. In the 2006/07 season Kamerzin made his debut in the top division in Switzerland, the National League A . However, he spent most of the season with the elite juniors of the SCB as well as with SC Langenthal in the National League B , and he also made nine appearances for the Swiss U20 national ice hockey team , which at that time only played a limited role in the NLB.
For the 2007/08 season Kamerzin moved to HC Neuchâtel Young Sprinters . After the elimination of the Young Sprinters, who missed a playoff participation, he strengthened the EHC Biel in the same season , with which he denied the playoffs. With the Zealand countries he only won the B championship and made it to the NLA against the EHC Basel in the league qualification . He spent the following season at EHC Biel before signing a contract with Lausanne HC . He stayed with the Lausanne team for the next four seasons and won the B championship in 2010 and 2013. In 2013 she even got promoted to the NLA. However, the defender did not play an NLA game for Lausanne. For the 2013/14 season he moved to Genève-Servette HC . In December he won the Spengler Cup with the team , but left the club that same season to join HC Friborg-Gottéron .
In 2016, Kamerzin moved to SC Bern , with whom he celebrated his first Swiss championship title in the 2016/17 season . The defender returned to Friborg-Gottéron for the 2019/20 season.
International
For the Swiss U18 national team Kamerzin took part in the U18 Junior B World Cup in 2006 , where he and his team were promoted to the A group. In 2014 he made his debut for the Swiss national team .
