Jürgen Zöller

Jürgen Zöller (born September 27, 1947 in Cologne ) is a German musician. From 1987 to 2014 he was the drummer of the Kölschrock band BAP .

life and work

Zöller grew up in Hillscheid near Koblenz. In 1962 he moved to Frankfurt and began playing drums in 1963. At the end of the sixties he became a professional musician and played in various bands.

In 1977 he joined the band Supermax . In 1981 he switched to Wolf Maahn and his band "Die Deserteure". At the same time he also worked with Rainhard Fendrich . He was also the producer of the Rodgau Monotones .

Since 1987 he has been the drummer for BAP . Zöller was the longest in the band after Wolfgang Niedecken .

On September 2, 2014, BAP announced on their website that Zöller had left the band after 27 years.
