Pik Sibbe ( Kölsch for "Pik Sieben") is the ninth studio album by the Cologne rock band BAP . It was released by EMI Electrola in 1993 and reached number 2 on the German album charts .

After seven number one albums in a row, Pik Sibbe was the band's first studio album since Affjetaut (1980), which did not reach number 1 in the German album charts.

2 years and 10 months had passed since the release of the last studio album X for 'e U , the longest break in the band's history.

The recordings were made in Peter Maffay's Red Rooster Studio in Tutzing near Munich . As with the two previous releases, additional recordings and the mixing of the album were carried out in the ICP studio in Brussels . This time, too, the production was not implemented entirely in-house, but with the help of the sound engineer Phil Delire.

Pik Sibbe was the last BAP album to be released on vinyl . Only with the album Aff un zo (2001) were vinyl versions released again. In total, only 3,000 copies were pressed on vinyl, which makes this album a rarity in this format.
