Janieck Devy
Janieck Devy (born June 24, 1994 in Noordwijk , real name Janieck G. van de Polder ), also known as Janieck , is a Dutch singer-songwriter and former actor or child actor .
Career
In his childhood and youth he was an actor . He played the leading role in the Dutch film adaptation of the children's book Pluck with the crane truck (2004) and several supporting roles , for example in the feature film Kreuzzug in Jeans (2006) and in the drama My Queen Karo (2009). He was also featured in several Dutch television series .
In 2012 he began his musical career and released two singles and an album , which were not commercially successful. In 2015 the Belgian producer and DJ Lost Frequencies released the song Reality , which Janieck wrote and for which he also took over vocals and guitar . The song became a European hit , reached number one in the charts in several countries and was awarded various gold and platinum records. Then the solo single Feel the Love was released in 2016 as a remix by DJ Sam Feldt , which could only be placed in the Netherlands. The single Little Hollywood with the German DJ and music producer Alle Farben entered the charts in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in 2017.
